The Twilight Saga books from Stephenie Meyer is one of the book I truly enjoy a lot. All the characters, the plots, the storyline and the adventure she wrote, I hope that the next movie, "New Moon", will describe details as opposed to Twilight. The Legends, the controverisal between vampires and werevolves, the relationships between the Volturi and Cullens. If New Moon include all those details to spice up the character, I think it'll give their viewer a good sense of what Twilight represent, in my opinion. I read all of her books from Twilight to the end of Breaking Dawn. I admired her story.
If anyone read most of her books, I would be glad to hear their view. Other than that, enjoy your new year and have a good night.

Books (Tess Gerritsen and Stephenie Meyers)
Books:
I love books to ready especially when it comes to mystery, thriller, and intense. I can tell you that there are two authors I’ve read in a month is Tess Gerritsen and Stephenie Meyers.
As for Tess Gerritsen ,I have read all of her books from the beginning, “Life Support” up until last month, her latest book, “The Keepsake”. Ms. Gerritsen has touched my heart since I read all of her books except “The Mephisto Club”. That book made me cringes and hurled a lot – I couldn’t stop reading it because I had to see what will happen next. As soon I finished reading her book, I had a nightmare for couple of days because of it. It was amazing how this book affected me. I was tossing and turning so much like I was trying to escape from the horror I had in my dream. Anyhow, I was done with “The Mephisto Club” book, and was relieved that I was able to get her next sequel, “The Keepsake”. To be honest, this book wasn’t as bad as I thought but was intriguing by reading it. It only took me 2 days to finish reading her book. I know I can’t explain the details but I can absolutely tell you that this particular book made me think of the TV show called, NCIS, Law & Order and to name a few. It took me a while to try not to compare all the books and the TV shows I’ve seen. However, it is what it is.
As soon I was done reading Tess Gerritsen, I knew that I needed to continue reading because I missed reading books. I was always busy with school, dancing and working. I didn’t have the time to relax and enjoy when I’m not doing anything. For the past few years since I moved here from Maryland to Chicago, IL. I worked 40 hours a week, attended evening classes at the Columbia College Chicago. I realized that all the books that I read, it is not done and I always looked over my shoulder and wishing that I could sit back and enjoy reading the fiction or nonfiction books.. so I could take my mind off of the homework, the pressure to complete every project we used to do and the deadline at work.
Now that I am “technically” done with school and I have time on my hand. I looked over my shoulder and realized that I have a spare time to do what I wanted to do for a long time. Hmmmm… lets just say, for the past 2 years, I am excited to pick up my favorite book and finished it.
Since I completed Tess Gerristen book, I figured that I would like to try a new book to read and see what does Stephenie Meyers have in mind when she published her book, she wrote the book called, Twilight, I have had one of her book called, Eclipse for a while. When I was reading her book, I didn’t understand the connection with all the characters and the events until I heard about Twilight. I realized that this book & movie of Twilight is the original book that will connect to eclipse but there is before and after the New Moon came out. Maybe I was behind with Ms. Meyers book or if she had wrote few books before Twilight. I was glad that I was able to get her book, Twilight and read it. Unbelievable how I finally understood what does the book, Eclipse was trying to tell me about each character and the events between the vampires and werewolves, it reminds me of the movie called, Van Hensing a little bit. I looked back and remembered what it was about the rival between vampires and werewolves. Interested.. But the New Moon book I’m currently still reading, I now loved reading mystery, thriller and intense books. After I read Twilight, I immediately went to Target to get her next saga 2, New Moon because I needed to know what had happened next. It is a good thing that I had Eclipse book because I knew that there was something missing and I didn’t get the connection with all the rivalries and the relationships with Bella and Edward, along with Jacob. To be honest with you, the next movie they’re filming for New Moon and Eclipse, I sure hope that they’ll keep Edward and Bella’s relationship the same but stronger because Jacob is not what Bella wants or to have. I think that Bella is only trying to fill the void that Edward left for several months and she needed someone to comfort her until Edward and Bella meets again. I hope I didn’t spoil the story for you but I am glad that I am able to express my feeling about books and realizing the type of book I like to read beside romance.
Anyway, I’m looking forward to see Twilight and I know that it has been out for a while. I haven’t had a chance to see it. I heard it was good movie to watch and this week I’ll see it. I’ll bring back my thoughts and feeling about the movie itself. New Moon will be coming out in Nov. of 2009 and I’m excited about that.

Time of the Year
Hello everyone, Its the time of the year where we will get to see the year of 2009. Yes Indeed. Its right around the corner.. I'm excited to see the outcome for 2009 and to have President-elect Obama stepping into the White House. Let's hope for the best for 2009.
Any news about me, none at the moment but I am enjoying my time off from whatever I've been doing for the past couple month. I just completed my contract for the commercial I did for Walmart a month ago. We are still waiting to hear back from the producer to let us know when it'll air so I can broadcast it to you all. Unforunately it will be a long wait, I presumed.
I am looking forward to spend my christmas with family and friends before I get busy after the year of 2009.
Just want to wish you all Happy Holiday and New Year if I dont hear from you. :)

Farewell, my friend - Ines Kembel.
Thank you so much for inviting me to join you guys. It was good seeing you and you look very happy. I wish you all the best in LA.I know I have a family who lives there and I mentioned it to you. I'll keep an eye open for you when needed. And I'll be seeing you in the future. Like you said, don't wait too long which I agreed. I did the same thing when I was in Maryland. I waited so long and wanting to move to Chicago. I made it through here in Chicago and eventually I will make it through somewhere down the road for LA.
I am also glad that I got to know you and had classes with you. Eating sushi with you also. It was a fun year we had at the Columbia. Keep in touch and stay strong.. Keep singing! :)

Birthday Wishes
It is truly unbelievable how age change over the time and the day I was born. My mom mentioned to me that I was ready to get out of her womb and she had no problem of giving me a birth. I was born at 3:30pm and weight 5lbs. Wow, that small! and its cool though.
For the past few days, I have been thinking about my next wishes because I remembered 5 years ago, I wrote up 10 possibilities goal to make it happen before I turn 30. Of course, one of them did not happen which is my dance company. Of course, what would I expect, it takes longer than what I thought. I earned my BA in Dance at the University of Maryland, I traveled from places and explore whats out there, I attended a dance universities which made me extremely proud that I had a chance to do what I can do now. Secondly, I earned my Master's (nearly there- need to complete my thesis project) sighing.. and living in Chicago. Well, I remembered there were 3 states taht I wanted to live which is California, New York and Chicago but here I am in Chicago. In the future, I may be traveling and working with NYC and California.
The next goal now is to get my Ph.D, a condo, a lexus car, and a job where I could or maybe be an instructor for the arts community or university. I am also hoping to work with one of the organization, www.fthk.co.za in Cape Town, South Africa. I truly hope that I'll have a chance to work with them and learn more about the organization. I can't think of anything else. Its not like having my new year resolution but definitely an ambition to get there.
Hope you'll enjoy the website that I presented about FTHK organization. If I have a chance to photograph all the things I've done for the past 3 years, I would post it here. Old Time Adventure Journey
Dear Bloggers:
Here I am again. It has been so long since I blogged my site. I know a few friends of mine did a great job keeping in touch with their bloggers. I am not a fan of blogging but every once in a while, it is good to blog whatever the time I have. Since I have graduated from Columbia College. It has taken a quite while to get used to not being in school. I know that some of my friends and family are thrill to see us out and about to do something out there with our career.
To be honest, Since I got out of graduate school, I knew that I wasn't done with school. Impossible. I wanted more, but I had to give myself a year to figure out what excately I want to do after I'm done with my masters. A year just passed, I have come to a conclusion that I'll go for my doctorate degree. I am hoping to enroll Argosy University to pursue Business Administration or Marketing degree or both. Who knows. It is one of my next step to do. After all, I'll need to complete my thesis project. My thesis project will be about my future dance company. It is new and haven't started it but its a goal. It'll be called, Intercultural Deaf Dance Production. I would like to work with deaf and hearing impaired students or dancers who wants to be a part of the community. There are so many things in this world could offer the deaf and hearing impaired students or dancers. I hope that few of us who are an artist could provide those needs to the community.
If you are interested to know more about my future company, check my website and its http://freewebs.com/danceproductionster and I am still working on filling the blanks in there. But before I add all those information or details, I want to start experience whats out there for me and what could I possibility provide my dancers or peers this experience. A very good friend of mine, Simone, she s currently works for DC as Director for the Arts. She has reached South Africa community and found the network for me. When I was reading the website about the deaf and hearing impaired dance community. I knew then, I would love to work with the organization there. I truly hope that I'll be able to visit or learn about their organization. That will definitely help our community and the international. This is one of the reason I choose the title called, Intercultural because it is not one culture I am included to be a part of my company. I've traveled and explored different arts and dance program while I was in college in DC (Gallaudet University). With that in mind, I couldn't thank them for giving me an opportunity to allow me to travel with the dance company. Not only Gallaudet did provide a great journey for me, it all started at Louisiana School for the Deaf. If I can remember correctly, it was during my sophomore year in high school. I wanted to perform a dance routine and fortunately, VSA Arts (Visual Special Arts Festival) in Chicago- they found me and submitted me to be a part of the contest in Louisiana. When I found out that I was offered to travel to VSA Arts and to Belgium, Brussel. I couldn't go there alone because it is also represented by Louisiana School for the Deaf who bought the attention to the media to Chicago and Europe. My best friend, Tiffany and another good friend of mine, Nae joined me to traveled and performed VSA and Belguim. I remembered those long rehearsal, traveling, and getting ready to go and perform. We had a blast time together.
All these times I've traveled back and forth to dance rehearsal and to Europe, we returned back to America exhausted. The hours were different and we were still required to start our next class in the morning. We did not have a chance to sleep in or relax a bit. We had our game coming up next which is cheerleader because volleyball season was over. Once we learned that we had to begin rehearsaling for cheerleading and teaching new member, we were mentally drained.
Anyhow- here I am sitting at home and relaxing. Tomorrow is my birthday and will be turning 31. I am glad that I'm still alive to this day and grateful to continue my dream in the future. I don't know what my future will brings but in a good way I hope (I know it will). Now, I've done everything in my power to complete my dream and still going.. I know that I am not done but it is a start and definitely not the end.
To this day, I thank God for everything he taught me how to step ahead of my game and keep going. I praised him for giving me the strength to be patient and learn from all the mistakes and struggles I've gone through in school and life. I know that it'll get better eventually and it'll be what I expect in the long run.
